Step 1: Select a workout from your Library
- Select Your Library or the iQO2 Demo Library
- Click on the Workouts header
- Select a Sport activity, subactivity (optional), category (optional)
- Optional: Enter a Description in the search window
- The workout list appears.
Step 2: Drag and drop the workout to a day in the calendar
The new workout appears in the calendar.
